An eased fellow, also a narrow and tapered spear point
A gentle warrior who
May one day kill with the same hands
That now hold me close...
I see pain.
I see tears.
I see comrades whisper lies.
I see backstabbing gossip.
I see prejudice.
I see betrayal.
I see thieves stealing...
I’m the colorful shadow, sometimes never seen.
I smile always, because they need one.
I laugh with them, instead of at them.
I quietly...
Little girls not allowed.
Grown-ups deciding fate,
Including a future shifting to gray.
Doesn’t she have a say?
Taught of liberty,...
Don’t hate; now is not the time to discriminate.
Get rid of all your harmful pride,
Homophobia is frowned upon nationwide.
